Do you have a motorsports background? Are you cost-conscious, computer literate, comfortable running a small office and able to travel internationally? If so, you could be the next president of the Automobile Competition committee for the United States (ACCUS). That is the group that governs American racing as an affiliate of the federation international Del’Automobile (FLA), which is the worldwide governing body.
Burdette Martin Jr., an ACCUS board member since 1971 and its president since 1983, announced that he is retiring at the end of the year. He will serve as a consultant to his successor in 2005 while completing his commitments to the FIA.
