Honda ATV Motorcycles and GE Consumer Finance Renew and Re-Image Financing Program
Honda Motorcycles and the Retail Sales Finance unit of GE Consumer Finance have signed a multi-year renewal agreement to provide promotional and other retail financing to Honda customers in the United States for the purchase of powersports equipment, including motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), scooters, personal watercraft and accessories.
The Honda Card Financing Program is offered through a network of independently owned dealers throughout the United States. Designed to provide revolving credit financing solutions, the Honda Card includes a competitive core program with special credit promotions, discounts and dealer rebates, and fast credit decisions for powersports vehicle and accessory purchases.
"We have worked with Honda Motorcycles over the past three years to grow their business and help more first-time and experienced powersports enthusiasts 'Ride Red,'" said Dave Fasoli, senior vice president of Retail Sales Finance, part of GE Consumer Finance.
Honda continues to be the leader of the powersports industry with products that demonstrate award-winning performance and reliability. The company introduced its first motorcycle in 1949; its first scooter in 1954; created an entirely new category with the first ATV in 1970; and introduced an exclusive lineup of four-stroke high performance personal watercraft models in 2003.
"GE has proven to be a great partner in our success, bringing their industry knowledge, marketing expertise, quality customer service and strong dealer support to our powersports business," said Chuck Boderman, Senior Manager - MC Sales for Honda. "We look forward to continuing to work with them to support powersports dealers and consumers."
