BRP ANNOUNCES 2013 CAN-AM ATV AND SIDE-BY-SIDE RACING TEAM
Staff
BRP has stepped up its off-road racing efforts for 2013 after another successful campaign that saw Can-Am racers capture championships across North America, including the SCORE Baja 1000 in Mexico, the 12 Hours of La Tuque in Quebec as well as numerous national championship class titles in the U.S. For the upcoming season, BRP has signed new racers, added more racing circuits and expanded its side-by-side vehicle racing support to include the all-new Can-Am Maverick™1000R.

“We have a dedicated and talented group of racers and teams competing under the Can-Am banner for the 2013 racing season. I’m thrilled to have the all-new Can-Am Maverick 1000R in the mix and to have some of our experienced racers pilot the industry’s most invigorating side-by-side vehicle,” said Jimmie O’Dell, Race Manager, Can-Am. “We will compete on Can-Am ATV and side-by-side vehicles across the U.S. and Canada and we’re are fully determined to compete for championships in every racing series we enter.”

Team Motoworks / Can-Am
Josh Frederick is the sole representative of the Team Motoworks / Can-Am team in 2013. The 2012 SCORE Pro ATV class champion and 2012 WORCS series Pro ATV class runner-up will compete aboard the Can-Am DS450™ in the Pro ATV ranks in the World Off-Road Championship Series (WORCS). Frederick will also be behind the wheel of the Can-Am Maverick 1000R X rs side-by-side in SxS Pro Production (Class 1) in WORCS, the UTV Pro class in all the Best In The Desert, SCORE and King Of The Hammers circuits.
